This vibroacoustic meditation cushion is a vary effective tool to relax, to implement to the body very exact impuls to relax, to unblock the energy flow all over the body.
It goes excellent with the sound … the combination of the sound and vibrations bring a wonderful state to the body, while it can heal itself … my perspective is that the body can catch it’s natural balance and in such moment body is open and ready to release the tention and it’s ready to start a natural healing proces. In my work I use tibetan bowls, and I can see that the vibroacoustic cushion can be an extra supportive tool that can work together with tibetan bowls on any other instruments in sound healing and relaxation proces.
