Our Easy 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we offer a simple return process within 30 days of delivery.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY:

    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date
    • Items must be in "like new" condition
    • Original packaging must be intact and included
    • All accessories, manuals, and included items must be present
    • Product must be free from any signs of use, damage, or wear

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN:

  1. Self-Service Return Process:
    • Visit https://account.vibroacousticsolutions.com
    • Log in to your account
    • Select "Orders" and find your order
    • Click "Start Return"
    • Choose return reason from dropdown menu
    • Add any additional notes (optional)
    • Submit return request
  2. Return Review:
    • Our team will review your return request within 1-2 business days
    • We'll verify the item's eligibility based on our return criteria
    • You'll receive email confirmation of approval or denial
  3. Shipping Process:
    • Upon approval, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label for US orders only. For international orders customer covers full shipping  and all customs fees required for item return.
    • Package item(s) in original packaging with all accessories
    • Attach shipping label
    • Ship within 7 days of receiving label

REFUND PROCESS:

    • Refund issued within 3-5 business days of receiving and inspecting return
    • Refunds processed to original payment method
    • Processing time: 5-10 business days for funds to appear
    • Email confirmation sent when refund is processed

RETURN ELIGIBILITY:

EXCHANGE OPTIONS:

    • Choose between refund or exchange during return request

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

    • Digital products/downloads
    • Special order items
    • Final sale items

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
    • Replacement shipped or full refund issued
    • Return shipping will be covered by us

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

    • Follow same online return request process
    • Customer responsible for return shipping/duties
    • Contact customer service for specific instructions

RESTOCKING FEES:

    • No restocking fee for items in "like new" condition
    • 15% restocking fee may apply if return guidelines not met
