- Click "Start Return"
- Choose return reason from dropdown menu
- Add any additional notes (optional)
- Submit return request
- Return Review:
- Our team will review your return request within 1-2 business days
- We'll verify the item's eligibility based on our return criteria
- You'll receive email confirmation of approval or denial
- Shipping Process:
- Upon approval, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label for US orders only. For international orders customer covers full shipping and all customs fees required for item return.
- Package item(s) in original packaging with all accessories
- Attach shipping label
- Ship within 7 days of receiving label
REFUND PROCESS:

- Refund issued within 3-5 business days of receiving and inspecting return
- Refunds processed to original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days for funds to appear
- Email confirmation sent when refund is processed
