Our Easy 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we offer a simple return process within 30 days of delivery for most items.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY:

    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date
    • Items must be in "like new" condition
    • Original packaging must be intact and included
    • All accessories, manuals, and included items must be present
    • Product must be free from any signs of use, damage, or wear
    • Vibroacoustic attachments must be free of any permanent tape application

Custom Items (including vibroacoustic massage tables, chairs, other custom items)

    • No returns accepted on custom-made items
    • Exchange within 30 days if item arrives defective
    • Shipping costs for exchanges covered under warranty defects

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN:

  1. Self-Service Return Process:
    • Visit https://account.vibroacousticsolutions.com
    • Log in to your account
    • Select "Orders" and find your order
    • Click "Start Return"
    • Choose return reason from dropdown menu
    • Add any additional notes (optional)
    • Submit return request
  2. Return Review:
    • Our team will review your return request within 1-2 business days
    • We'll verify the item's eligibility based on our return criteria
    • You'll receive email confirmation of approval or denial
  3. Shipping Process:
    • Upon approval, you may request a prepaid USPS return shipping label for domestic (U.S.) returns only; the cost of shipping returns will be deducted from your refund unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
    • International Returns: Customers are required to obtain their own return shipping label for any return shipped from outside the U.S. No prepaid return labels will be provided for international returns.
    • For all international returns, customers are fully responsible for any shipping charges as well as any duties, tariffs, or customs fees incurred when returning the item.
    • Please use a traceable shipping method and retain your tracking information.
    • Carefully package items in original packaging with all accessories and ship within 7 days of receiving return authorization.

REFUND PROCESS:

    • Refund will be issued within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
    • Processing time: 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank.
    • Email confirmation sent when refund is processed
    • Any applicable return shipping costs (if a prepaid label was provided for domestic orders) will be deducted from your refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

    • Digital products/downloads
    • Special order items
    • Final sale items

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
    • Replacement shipped or full refund issued
    • Return shipping will be covered by us

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

    • Follow same online return request process
    • Customers must obtain their own return shipping labels.
    • No prepaid return labels will be issued for international returns.
    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses, including any duties, tariffs, or customs fees required to return the item.

RESTOCKING FEES:

    • No restocking fee for items in "like new" condition
    • 15% restocking fee may apply if return guidelines not met
